I research, analyze, sketch, prototype, iterate, and train best practices and workflows for location based products and narratives. Currently, Design Experience Lead at Mapbox.

BACKGROUND
Amy Lee earned her MFA at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and mixed businesses and technology at the University of Cincinnati. She has served on the board for North American Cartographic Information Society (NACIS) and Greater Washington Urban League (GWUL) for two years.
She has spoken at Typographics 2018, San Francisco Design Week 2018, Portland Design Week 2017, and Tallahassee Design Week 2016, amongst others. Her work has been featured in and on The Atlas of Design, Wired, Communication Arts, Architectural Digest, and Techinca.ly DC. She’s been interviewed on the podcasts Revision Path, Dissection, and NPR’s All Tech Considered.
